Most people start to gain fresh insights and can feel encouraged after a first session. More often however, dealing with significant issues in our lives requires time; time to assess, reflect, and test ideas that can be transformative. Most people get to a good place after 6-8 sessions but everyone has different needs. Spero Counselling believes therapy is not meant for a lifetime; it is short-term and goal-directed.
